Privacy Policy
Stingytix collects the information needed to sell tickets, issue QR codes, manage event access, support refunds, and meet legal and payment obligations.
Information we collect
For buyers, we collect ticket holder name, email address, selected ticket tier, payment references from Stripe, consent choices, ticket status, and scan timestamps. For organizers, we collect account details, event details, collaborator details, and Stripe Connect onboarding status.
How we use information
We use personal information to process checkout, send tickets, run the door list and scanner, prevent fraud, handle support requests, create dispute evidence, comply with law, and improve reliability. Marketing messages from an organizer require an unchecked-by-default opt-in at checkout.
Organizer access
Organizers and authorized collaborators may access buyer details only for event operations, customer support, legal compliance, refunds, and dispute handling. Buyer email addresses must not be used for marketing unless marketing consent was granted.
Service providers
We use Firebase for hosting, authentication, database, and functions; Stripe for payments and Connect payouts; and transactional email infrastructure for ticket delivery. These providers process data for the services they perform for Stingytix.
Retention and requests
We keep ticket and payment records while needed for event operations, support, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and chargeback evidence. To request access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out support, contact info@gday.stingytix.com.
Security and breaches
We restrict access by role, keep payment card handling inside Stripe, and use backend-only controls for tickets, refunds, disputes, and suppression records. If a data breach requires notification, we will assess and notify affected people and regulators as required by law.
