Support and Refunds
For ticket, refund, cancellation, privacy, or account support, contact info@gday.stingytix.com with your ticket code, event name, and buyer email address.
Refund policy
Tickets are final sale unless Australian Consumer Law requires a refund, the event is cancelled, or Stingytix or the organizer approves a refund. Approved card refunds are processed back through Stripe to the original payment method.
Cancelled events
When an event is cancelled, organizers should notify buyers promptly. Stingytix records the cancellation, blocks further checkout, and uses stored Stripe payment references to support refunds.
Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment is disputed, Stingytix may use ticket purchase time, terms acceptance, payment references, scan timestamps, and event records as evidence.
